The creative co-op group is a nonprofit dedicated to the development of affordable housing in the Sacramento area. The multi-family properties that we would like to build will focus on implementing energy saving systems tactics and utilize the expertise of the founding group to streamline the process of constructing homes that are small in scale and affordable. Through the use of community development investment funds the group will be well funded to ensure successful completion of permit applications planning and construction marketing leasing and management. The managing the operating expense accounts will be held by the LLC created for that specific property once we know the address the construction funds will come from the creative co-op group under the direction of the Canna Cooperative LLC.
